The Palazzo Hotel


The Palazzo Hotel in Las Vegas is one of the newest and nicest additions to the Strip. The 1.9 billion dollar resort offers spectacular dining, fun entertainment and upscale shopping for an exciting vacation adventure.

Starting with 16 restaurants from which to choose, dining options at the Palazzo range from casual to elegant. The selection includes Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant, Cut, which offers such items as steaks, ribs, lamb chops along with a large selection of house made sauces. Cut was selected as one of the top three steakhouses in America by Bon Appetit Magazine. Table 10 is Emeril Lagasse’s restaurant which features New American cusine, and is open for lunch and dinner. Organic natural meats and produce, along with fresh seafood from the Gulf Coast are favorites here. For more exotic fare, the Sushisamba offers Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian dishes such as grilled meats, exotic cocktails, jumbo prawn and tempura. Casual dining includes American, Mexican, Italian and healthy spa foods. Fine dining options also include the steakhouse, Carnevino, Lavo with Mediterrean fare, Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro, and Restaurant Charlie.

Amenities are numerous, starting with the Canyon Ranch Spa Club which promises to relax, re-charge and renew. Try one of their many options of massage, facials, fitness classes, talk with a nutritionist or climb the rock wall. The Shops at the Palazzo offer upscale retail therapy with over 50 boutiques and shops.

For fun, why not visit the Lamborghini dealership, which is the only one on the Strip. Or enjoy one of the seven pools, or four hot tubs, and lounge at the Palazzo Pool Deck.

Entertainment options range from shows such as comedian David Spade to the musical show,The Jersey Boys. Keep in mind that the Venetian is just steps away with The Phantom of the Opera, The Blue Man Group or Wayne Brady. Choose one of the five lounges which includes Double Helix, a wine bar that offers a large selection of wines from which to choose, Lavo Nightclub, which is the late night place to be, the Lounge at Dos Caminos where resident DJ’s spin tunes, Sugar Cane Live with comedian Andrew Dice Clay or Salute Lounge featuring nightly live entertainment.
